I am Zeina,

I am a registered & Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I deeply care about creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, & understood.

My work is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, & a genuine belief in your capacity to grow, even through life’s most difficult moments.

Therapy can offer a pause in the noise, a space to make sense of things, feel less alone, & move towards a deeper connection with yourself.
