How I work

I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can slow down, reflect & begin making sense of your experiences. Therapy is not about having all the answers, it’s about creating room for curiosity, insight, & growth, at a pace that feels right for you.

What to Expect

🗓️ A Free 15-minute consultation – this is the first step to take before starting therapy. It is an informal chat to see if we feel like a good fit

🧭 An initial session – a space to explore what’s bringing you to therapy & what you hope to gain

🤝 Therapy plan – we’ll decide together whether short- or longer-term therapy feels right for you

🔄 Regular reviews – we check in to see how things are going & adjust the pace or focus if needed

🧘 A flexible, collaborative approach – therapy is shaped around your needs & your process

Fees

Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing, & I aim to keep the process clear and accessible. I offer:

🧠 Individual therapy: £100 per 60-minute session

📚 Clinical supervision: £100 per 60-minute session

🎓 Concessionary rates available for students & trainees, please feel free to enquire

Sessions are offered online or in-person in York, & payment details are shared once we agree to begin working together.
